Description


The ideal material for almost any decorative or cladding application, including signage, point of sale, exhibition stands, displays, internal cladding, portable buildings, kiosks, boat interiors and external cladding. Aluminium composite sheet is durable, versatile and easy to use. Lightweight and extremely flat, the sheet is exceptionally rigid and does not corrode. The high quality finish polyester coating makes it an ideal substrate for printing. Rightbond is available in white (including an economy grade), colours, brushed finish, mirror finish and dual metallic finish.

Rightbond Superlight

Ideal for lightweight flat sheet applications including exhibition panels, photo mounting, internal signage, temporary or short term external signage. Rightbond Superlight is suitable for flat sheet applications only.

Rightbond Digital

Rightbond aluminium composite sheet created specifically for the digital print market. Available in a range of sheet sizes and aluminium layer thicknesses.

Rightbond UV Grade

This sheet has a special formulation to aid printing with UV curing inks.

Rightclad

A heavy duty aluminium composite sheet particularly suited to external use for new building cladding or for building renovation projects. A white/mill finish with a white PVDF paint system, this material offers a 15 year warranty for outdoor applications. Five sheet sizes are available in a 4mm thickness with a 0.5mm aluminium layer. All sheets are supplied with a fire resistant core.

Accessories

A range of special aluminium sections in silver anodised aluminium are available in 5 & 5.5m lengths to complement our 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet range.

Recommendations For Outdoor Use

  • Righton Limited, distribute ACM products with a protective lacquer covering thereby rendering the product suitable for outdoor use (not including mirrors and satin finishes)
  • In addition to our cleaning recommendations, Righton Limited also advise that any cut panels or routed shapes and letters or drilling holes will result in the underlying aluminium layers being exposed at the cut edge.
  • Any cut edges need to be sealed with a compatible varnish, lacquer or sealant to prevent atmospheric attack of the exposed aluminium layers.
  • Failure to seal the edges will result in oxidisation of the aluminium layers from the cut edge inwards.
  • The speed of the oxidisation process can depend on the location of the external sign and the ongoing atmospheric conditions.
  • Failure to seal the exposed cut edges will render any external warranty for the product null and void.
